Description

The phoenix is a large flame-wreathed bird, known for its unique ability to immolate itself, only to be reborn again from its ashes. It is revered in some cultures as a deity.

However there is the very rare occasion where a phoenix is not born in a desert, and it takes on the colors of its surroundings into its flames. One such case of this is the incredibly rare Abyssal Phoenix. When an abyssal phoenix is born, its flames slowly turn from orangish red and gold to a dark purple and blue mixing together throughout its form, any creatures of the abyss that have seen these flames know to stay well away and know the power of that which created the flame.
