Latent Abilities. When Possessed Child Tiberius is reduced to 0 hit points, all creatures within 60 feet restore 200 hit points and 10 spell slots of 5th level or lower. After 1 minute has passed, Possessed Child Tiberius enters its second phase.
Phase 1. During Phase 1, Possessed Child Tiberius has the appearance of a normal child, but with eyes completely colored black.
- Energy Wave. All creatures within a 20 foot sphere of Possessed Child Tiberius make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw, taking 9 (2d8) force damage on a failure or half as much on a success.
Phase 2. During Phase 2, Possessed Child Tiberius keeps its form but its skin turns dark red, it grows wings and gains a flying speed of 30 feet, and gains advantage on all its saving throws.
- Demon Casting. All of Possessed Child Tiberius's spells have a casting time of 1 bonus action.
- Unbreakable. Possessed Child Tiberius can use up to 5 concentration spells at once. Different rolls are used to determine if concentration breaks.
Spellcasting (Phase 2 Only). Possessed Child Tiberius is a 4th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 20, +8 to hit with spell attacks). Possessed Child Tiberius has following Warlock spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Chill Touch, True Strike
1st level (5 slots): Expeditious Retreat
2nd level (5 slots): Darkness, Hold Person, Mirror Image, Ray of Enfeeblement
3rd level (5 slots): Fear, Hypnotic Pattern, Vampiric Touch
4th level (5 slots): Banishment, Blight, Dimension Door
Mind Break. Possessed Child Tiberius deals 2 (1d4) necrotic damage or 2 (1d4) fire damage to all creatures it can see.
Shortsword (Phase 1 Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Demon Blade (Phase 2 Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 43 (5d12 + 11) slashing damage.
Phase 1.
- Energy Vortex. When targeted by a damaging spell, Possessed Child Tiberius heals for as much damage as it would've taken. When targeted by a non-damaging spell, Possessed Child Tiberius heals 6 (1d12) hit points.
Phase 2.
- Parry-Riposte. When targeted by a melee attack by a creature within 5 feet, Possessed Child Tiberius rolls 1d6 and subtracts the number from the attack. If the attack misses, Possessed Child Tiberius makes an attack against that creature with the Demon Blade.
- Brilliant Flames. Possessed Child Tiberius can cast Hellish Rebuke.
- Spell Block. Possessed Child Tiberius can cast Counterspell.
