Description

Tanmar's fertile Bhakkia region is in the shadow of the Icecrag Range. Hilly and with good farmland, the humans live in small, communal tribes. They are known as Bhakkii, and they hunt and farm on these great hills and plains. However, the villainous Rekloki gnoll tribes to the east and the Dire Elves to the west make life hard. As an adaptation, some Bhakkii migrated to the Undercaves of Craal, and those who stayed on the surface unlocked the magic of power runes in the form of tattoos.

Bhakkii chieftains train dutifully for many years, and are the masters of power tattoos. In addition to ruling the Bhakkii tribe in which they belong, the chieftain must lead the tribe into battle, head religious ceremonies, and run diplomatic meetings with other Bhakkiii tribes and Shearhead clans from the Undercaves.
