Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) slashing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be infected with eternal drowning. While infected, the target cannot breathe as water is magically filling up their lungs. They must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw at the end of every turn or gain a level of Exhaustion and take 1d4 damage. If a humanoid dies during this effect they rise as a Drowned One.
