Aura of frost A creature that starts its turn within 5ft of the katastrof is consumed by deadly frost. They must make a dc 14 Constitution saving throw, or take 2d4 cold damage, and have their speed reduced by 10ft until the start of their next turn. If they succeed the saving throw, they take half as much damage, and their speed is not reduced.
Blizzard strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) slashing damage plus 3 (1d6) cold damage.
Disastrous Aura (recharge 5-6) Until the start of the Katastrof's next turn, their aura of frost turns into a raging blizzard. During this time, aura of frost affects any creature within 15ft of the katastrof, and the saving throw is made at disadvantage.
Description
A Katastrofis a creature of disaster and doom. Born from any natural disaster, these creatures linger months after the original disaster and cause chaos. It is sometimes thought that when another elemental dies with incredible anger, it becomes a katastrof. These creatures are highly territorial and will back off from chaos if given land to roam.
