Magic Resistance. The golem has advantage on saving throws against spells or other magical effects.
Stone Camouflage. A bas relief golem has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide while using Wall Glide or Meld Into Stone.
Wall Glide. A bas relief golem can walk through wood, plaster, and stone walls at will, and doesn’t disturb the material it moves through.
Multiattack. A bas relief golem makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit:13 (2d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Meld Into Stone. A relief golem can enter a stone surface as per the Meld into Stone spell. While inside a wall, any carvings or paintings shift to accommodate the image of the relief golem that appears where it has merged. A relief golem can see and hear out of the stone surface, and can move inside the wall using Wall Glide; this lasts until the golem decides to exit the stone. Casting Stone Shape on the wall a relief golem is forces it to exit the stone immediately.
Description
Bas relief golems are magical constructs that are also beautiful works of art, carved into a variety of fantastic shapes but serving as guardians of noble houses, crypts, and important sites. Like other golems, they are highly resistant to spells and ordinary weapons. While both bas relief golems and stone golems can serve as guardians, bas relief golems are used in areas where more inconspicuous defense are wanted. With their ability to seamlessly enter walls and blend with the existing artwork, bas relief golems are able to discourage would-be looters or invaders, clean up the area, then return into their designated mural or fresco leaving no trace behind them.
