Undead Trait. Undead doesn't require air, food, drink and sleep.
Terrain Walk. The Bone-Wheel Skeleton ignores difficult terrain in shallow water, plant overgrowth, and rocky/ rubble covered areas.
Rebound. The Bone-Wheel Skeleton is capable of moving at high speed and can even rebound off walls or other solid objects using force movement to attack the maximum amount of targets. Doing this causes the creature to take 2 (1d4) points of damage at every rebound, but it cannot feel pain so it doesn't stop until it runs out of movement speed or get destroyed. During a rebound, the Bone-Wheel Skeleton may change its direction.
Rolling Pinwheel. If the Bone-Wheel Skeleton moves at least 10 ft. straight towards a target and makes a direct hit, the target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 4 (2d4) bludgeoning damage on a failed save. If the target succeeds saving throw, the skeleton will continue the rest of it movement straight forward until it hit an obstacle or runs out of movement speed. Should the Bone-Wheel Skeleton hit another target, that target must make the saving throw above.
Relentless attack. If a target fails the saving throwing of the Rolling Pinwheel attack, then the target must make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throwing or take 4 (2d4) slashing damage on a failed save. Whether or not the target succeeds the saving throw, the skeleton will continue the rest of it movement straight forward until it hit an obstacle or runs out of movement speed. Should the Bone-Wheel Skeleton hit another target, that target must make the saving throw for Rolling Pinwheel.
Wheel. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 1d4) slashing and bludgeoning damage.
Description
The Bone-Wheel Skeleton are said to be the resurrected bodied of those who suffered the death from being run over by a carriage or those who have died on torture racks who refused to talk while waiting for someone to release them. Bone-Wheel skeletons are known for being found in dark and decrepit area or areas where there use to have a lot of travel come through. They wander these area if not given instruction from a necromancer or power controlling them, as if seeking revenge or a reason to their torturous death.
The Bone-Wheel Skeleton is often used for patrolling and guarding areas their master deems important. Bone-Wheel Skeletons can often be found in a pack patrolling or guarding an area. Sighting a lone Bone-Wheel Skeleton often means there are more nearby. In combat, the Bone-Wheel Skeleton will often employ "hit and run" and ambush tactics to kill a target.
