Keen Sight. The eagle has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Lord of the Skies. Akil'zon, the Eagle can choose a special power every 10 turns that originate from a creature that use the skies:
The Dragon: Akil'zon, the Eagle can use the Young Blue Dragon's Lightning Breath attack.
The Harpy: Akil'zon, the Eagle can use the Harpy's Luring Song with a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw.
The Elemental: Akil'zon, the Eagle can use the Air Elemental's Air Form.
Innate Spellcasting. Akil'zon, the Eagle's innate spellcasting ability is Intellect (spell save DC 16). It can cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Akil'zon, the Eagle can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Akil'zon, the Eagle regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Wings of the Sky-Lord. Akil'zon, the Eagle beats his wings and knocks everyone in a 5-foot circle around Akil'zon, the Eagle prone, disrupting spellcasting, and ranged attacks. Melee attackers make a DC 16 to see if they can still hit Akil'zon, the Eagle.
The Mind of the Fey. Akil'zon, the Eagle can become immune to Charmed, Frightened, and Mind Control effects during this turn.
