Lair and Lair Actions
The Forest's of Galundale
These forests in the far north of Niretholen have been Cithria´s home for almost 200 years and her presence has changed the environment. The snowstorms are influenced by her and even the wildlife listens to her command.
Lair Actions
On initiative count 15 (losing initiative ties), Cithria takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; Cithria can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- Relentless Storm: The battlefield will be covered in a thick snowstorm making it difficult to stand. Creatures in the storm other than Cithria and her Shadewolves have to make a dexterity saving throw (dc 14) or be knocked prone.
- Wildlife´s Aid: The land´s wildlife will come to Cithria´s aid. You roll a d6. On a 1-2 a Dire Wolf will appear. On a 3-4 an Owlbear will appear. on a 5-6 a Giant Eagle. If this action is used again the previous creature will leave the battlefield after taking one last turn.
Regional Effects
The region containing Cithria´s lair is affected by her spirit, which creates one or more of the following effects:
- Regional wildlife is unusually peaceful. Dire wolves will mostly ignore you and even owl-bears will avoid you once you enter the area.
- The flora of the land is overly healthy and nature based on magic is empowered. Druids will gain a +2 to hit. The eatable flora also has a revitalizing effect on the ones eating it ou will be able to use one hit die if you eat something from these woods.
If Cithria dies, these effects fade over the course of 90 days.
