Tainted Blood when the Void-Touched takes any piercing or slashing damage toxic blood spews from the wound. each creature within 5 ft of the creature must make a dc 12 dex save or take 1d8+2 poison damage and become venerable to lightning damage for next hour, they also become afflicted with Void corruption.

Static Shock. Recharge 5-6. The Void-Touched expels latent electricity  through pores in its tentacles. each creature in a 10 ft radius centered on the Void-Touched must make a dc 12 con save or take 2d4 lightning damage and become stunned until their next turn. 

Description

The Void-Touched are humanoids tainted by the void. this can be done by an unfortunate mage traveling the planes, a human tainted with its blood via battle, or a assassin poisoning the wine of a noble.
