Fire Aura. Any creature hostile to the Dragonborn that starts its turn within 5 feet of the Dragonborn must make a DC 21 Constitution saving throw, unless the Dragonborn is incapacitated. On a failed save, the creature is singed by the fiery aura of the Red Dragon, taking 4d4 fire damage.
Magic Resistance. The Dragonborn has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Innate Spellcasting. The Dragonborn's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 21). The Dragonborn can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: detect magic, fire bolt
3/day each: hold monster, wall of fire
Multiattack. The Dragonborn makes three attacks: two with his mace and an At Will spell. Alternatively, the Dragonborn can make one attack with his mace and one 3/day spell or breath weapon.
Mace. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage plus 7 (2d6) fire damage.
Breath Weapon. Special Attack: (4d6) fire damage on a failed DC 21 DEX Saving Throw or half as much on a success.
Fire Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, reach 120 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (3d10) fire damage.
Spawn. When entering combat, the Dragonborn summons two Will-o' Wisps. If the Dragonborn drops to half hitpoints one of them fades away, if he drops to 0 hitpoints both fade away. If the Dragonborn is Frightened the wisps will turn on him exclusively.
Flight of the Pyromancer(1/day). The Dragonborn can fly up to his fly speed and conjure one Sphere from the Meteor Swarm spell on the spot he took flight from. This action consumes 75 hitpoints from his current total or reduces him to 1.
