Description

Even demons have something to be thankful for. Once a year, the demon lords come together and thank the other races for their tenacity and unwillingness to die so easily. Bloodshed brings the demons great joy and if the other races were wiped out, their purpose would cease.

On Thanksgiving day, portals from the Abyss open up across the planes and outpours droves of Abyssal Turkeys. They have a near insatiable hunger for flesh and don't stop until killed or the day is done, when they are summoned back into the Abyss where they sleep for 364 days until their next feast.

Legend says there is one Abyssal Turkey who has survived over a millennia of festivities and has grown quite large. It's been dubbed "Megultur "and has been stated it can swallow a small child whole, but these are just rumors of course, right?

For those brave enough to feed upon a slain Abyssal Turkey, it tastes overly salty and tough to chew with an abundance of muscle fibers.
