Frozen Form. Any creature who uses a melee attack while within 5 feet takes 1d6 cold damage, as well as any creature within 5 feet for more than 2 turns takes 1d6 cold damage per turn from frostbite.
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the ghoul has a disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom checks that rely on sight.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) piercing damage.
Frost Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 6 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) slashing damage and 1d6 cold damage. If the target is a creature other than an elf or undead, it must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. The limb that was slashed becomes numb and limp.
Arctic Touch. If the ghoul touches any creature that creature becomes stunned and takes 1d6 cold damage per turn.
