Traits

Acid Scales. A creature that touches the atianium for the first time of its turn takes 7 (2d6) acid damage.

Stench. Any creature that starts its turn within 60 feet of the atianium must succeed on a DC 21 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the start of its next turn. On a successful saving throw, the creature is immune to the atianium's stench for 24 hours.

Actions

Multiattack. The atianium makes 3 attacks: two with its stomp and one with its tail.

Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (4d8 + 7) bludgoning damage, and the target must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw or be prone and restrained until the atianium move. It can also do a DC 20 strength check to end the conditions.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgoning damage.

Ooze Spray (recharge 5-6).  The atianium spews corrosive sludge in a 60 ft cone. All creatures in this cone must succeed on a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw or take 54 (12d8) acid damage and have their movement speed reduced by 10 ft until their next turn. Those who succeed on the saving throw take half the damage and can move normally.

Description

The atianium is an elemental in the shape of a sauropod dinosaur that swims peacefully in the Swamp of Oblivion. It can swim in acidic lakes and spit corrosive sludge.

Peaceful Swimmer. This enormous monster whose height equals small mountains accumulates its power by absorbing the energy of the earth and the mud. Shy, it rarely seeks a fight and prefers to wander quietly in search of swamps large enough for it to live. However, it can feel threatened by powerful elementals, and protects itself with bludgoning tail attacks and corrosive slime saliva.

Pungent Vapors and Acidic Sweat. The atianium, metabolizing the energy of the earth plane, produces acid which it excretes through its porous scales. At first, this acid beads on its greenish scales. Anyone who tries to touch them will also have to touch these acid drops, exposing themselves to the loss of their fingers due to corrosion. After a while, these drops evaporate into thin air and show their presence only by their pungent odor, so pungent that any creature capable of smelling it will be very bothered. Even the stench of a tribe of troglodytes is no match for these pestilential fumes. If the atianium has to defend itself, it can expel all the acid in its body in the form of a pasty substance that it spits out of its mouth.

Solid Acid. The body of the atianium could not be made of flesh, nor of stone, but of acid solidified in a magical way. This substance, called "atian", was once created by budding alchemists looking for a way to fight black dragons. As this substance builds the body of the few atianiums in the world as they produce acid, it is possible to date the age of atianiums by measuring them. The larger the atianium, the older it is. One of them would be millions of years old.
