Reckless Attack. When Adrith makes his first attack on a turn, he can decide to attack recklessly, giving him advantage on melee attacks during his turn. Attacks rolls against him have advantage until his next turn.

Bestial Soul. All of Adriths' attacks count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.

Legendary Resistance (1/day). If Adrith fails a sacing throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Spellcasting. Adrith is a 14-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 18, +12 to hit with spell attacks). Adrith has the following druid spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): produce flame, control flames, frostbite

1st level (4 slots): absorb elements, cure wounds, faerie fire, healing word, longstrider

2nd level (3 slots): hold person, earthbind, pass without trace

3rd level (3 slots): conjure animals, erupting earth, sleet storm

4th level (3 slots): blight, giant insect, polymorph

5th level (2 slots): insect plague, scrying, tree stride

6th level (1 slot): wall of thorns

7th level (1 slot): reverse gravity

Actions

Adrith can make any combination of either 3 Claw and/or Furious Claw attacks each round or a single Caustic Spit or Breath Weapon attack.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage. 

Furious Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 17 (1d6 + 14) slashing damage. 

Caustic Spit. RangedWeapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 20/60 ft., 2 targets within 5 feet of each other. Hit: 18 (4d8) acid damage.

Breath Weapon (Green). 1/short rest. Exhale in a 15 ft. cone (CON DC 18, half damage on success) 18 (5d6) Poison Damage.

Bonus Actions

Bloodlust. As a bonus action, Adrith enters a bloodlust for 1 minute (10 rounds).

Adrith gains advantage on STR & DEX checks and saving throws (not attacks). +2 melee damage and resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. 

Bloodlust ends early if Adrith is knocked unconscious or if his turn ends and he hasn't attacked a hostile creature or taken damage since his last turn. He may also end his bloodlust as a bonus action.

Wildshape. As a bonus action, Adrith can magically assume the form of any beast he has seen before twice per short rest. 

He can stay in beast form for 10 hours before reverting back to his normal form (or as a bonus action, if he falls unconscious, drops to 0 hp, or dies).
