Sneak Attack (ranged only). The deadeye adds 1d6 to its damage rolls of ranged attacks when sneak attack applies. (Sneak attack applies to an attack using ranged or finesse weapons that either have advantage to hit, or are against a target that has a non-incapacitated enemy within 5 ft of it. The attack must not be at disadvantage.)
I'm Outta Here! The deadeye adds 10 feet to it's movement speed when it uses the disengage action.

Description
An experienced bandit learns to strike first, from afar, and to make their shots count, largely because banditry is less profitable when the prey gets a chance to fight back. A deadeye is simply a bandit that has some skill at doing what a bandit naturally ought to do: hide, be deadly at a distance, and try not to get killed. Considering the importance of an ambush for bandits, the success or failure of a bandit attack is often dependent on the luck and skill of the deadeyes.
