Not yet existent. Do to Acute Grim being in early development and not completely here they're  incredibly difficult to harm. All damage done to them that isn't caused by their own abilitys is reduced to 1.

Infection in the universe. The Grim are infected wounds in the the fabric of spacetime and as such can be "harmed" by healing abilities. Abilities form non-grim creatures that cause creatures to recover HP instead cause damage.

All is real. The grim are a strange and unknowable phenomenon beleved to come from a place between worlds, where we live in everything that "is" this places is everything that "isn't". Illusions are considered real for the purpose of interacting with this creature.

Direct contact. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, 1 target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 2) necrotic damage. Creature must make a CON save of 15 or fall prone do to intense pain.

Direct contact. When a creature grapples or hits with an unarmed attack against Acute Grim, it may immediately make a Direct contact attack against that creature.

Description

Acute Grim are the initial form of all other Grim and often come in small packs. They look to be small writhing masses of red meat with several bulbous almost fishlike eyes and two protrusions they use for legs. The space around them seem to collapse in towards their center and physically hurts look at.
