Traits

Keen Sight. The eagle has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

Bonded. The eagle is magically bonded to its rider, when the eagle and rider enter battle enter combat their health pools combine into one shared health pool, the rider is immune to the screech ability.

Innately magical. While the eagles bonded rider is on it, it can telepathically communicate with them and all the eagles attacks count as magical.

Hardened feathers. The eagle's feathers are hardened giving it a +2 bonus to AC and allowing the Eagle to do the wing attack.

Actions

Multiattack. The eagle makes two attacks: one with its beak, one with its talons, one wing attack, and a screech if possible.

Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage.

Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (3d6 + 4) slashing damage.

Wing Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 feet., one target. Hit: 23 (4d8+3)  slicing damage, a creature hit by this attack must succeed on a STR save (DC 13) or be knocked back 15 feet. 

Screech. Recharge 4-6.  Ranged Spell Attack: All creatures in a 60 foot line in front of the eagle must make a CON save (DC 14) or take 4d8 thunder damge or half as much on a failed save. 

Description

A giant eagle is a noble creature that speaks its own language and understands speech in the Common tongue. A mated pair of giant eagles typically has up to four eggs or young in their nest (treat the young as normal eagles).
