ARC UNIT 99-07 "Construct Cannibal"

Spellcasting. ARC UNIT 99-07 casts one of the following spells, requiring no material components and using Wisdom as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 19):

3/day each: command(construct of warforged only), suggestion(construct or warforged only), mass suggestion(construct or warforged only)

1/day each: Heat Metal, Dispel Magic, Aura of Vitality, Call Lightning, Wall of Fire, Geas(construct of warforged only)

Reconstructed Hunger. ARC UNIT 99-07 is capable of swallowing any creature at least one size smaller than itself when making a bite attack within a reconstructed form. The creature can remain in its stomach unharmed until either ARC UNIT 99-07's form becomes too small to hold the creature or consume is used to start melting the creature. In addition bite attacks made against metal objects not worn or carried will contribute to enough metal in ARC UNIT 99-07's stomach for up to 3 clumps of metal (depending on the object at DM's discretion). (ARC  99-07's stomach can hold up to 3 clumps of metal at a time with or without creatures inside.)

Flyby. ( Quetzalcoatl) The owl doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach.

Magic Resistance. ARC UNIT 99-07 has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Base Form:

• Heated Cane, Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit:  9(1d10+4) bludgeoning damage and an additional 9(2d8) fire damage.

Stegosaurus:

• Heated Spines, Ranged Weapon Attack: +11  to hit, range 50/100 ft., one target. Hit: 20(3d8+6) bludgeoning damage and 9(2d8) fire damage.
• Spined Rollout (Recharge 6) ARC UNIT 99-07 curls its current form into a ball and spreading the sharp spines on its back outwards. ARC UNIT 99-07 then rolls forward with assisted thrusters in a 30 ft long and ten foot wide line. Each creature in that area must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 14(4d6) piercing damage and 9(2d8) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. All creatures who fail this saving throw of size large or smaller are knocked prone by this attack and restrained by detached spines. These detached spines have an AC of 18 and 20 hit points and can be removed with a successful DC 19 Athletics or Acrobatics check.

Quetzalcoatl

• Peck. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit:  15(2d10+4) piercing damage and an additional 9(2d8) fire damage.

T-Rex:

Multiattack. ARC UNIT 99-07 can choose to make two attacks: one with its Consuming Bite and one with its Tail. It can't make both attacks against the same target.

• Consuming Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit:  21 (2d12+8) piercing damage and an additional 9(2d8) fire damage and if the the target is at least one size smaller, it must succeed on a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or be swallowed by Arc Unit 99-07. A swallowed creature is restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside ARC UNIT 99-07.
• Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 8) bludgeoning damage.
• Plasma Breath(Recharge 6). ARC UNIT 99-07 unleashes a wide beam of radioactive energy in a 150 foot long and ten foot radius line. Each creature in that area must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 18(3d8) lightning damage and 18(3d8) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If a creature is brought to 0 hit points by this attack that creature must roll a d6 to determine which body part is disintegrated. On a 1(right arm), 2(left arm), 3(right leg), 4(left leg), 5(large hole in torso), 6(head). Any object not worn or carried that is caught in the radius will either disintegrate or be instantly charred. If used on an object not worn or carried, or a creation of force, such as a wall of force, the object/creation will have any part caught in the beam disintegrated.

Reconstruct Form(2/Day). ARC UNIT 99-07 can recontruct his form with the excess parts collected on his form to transform into a reconstructed stegosaurus, a reconstructed quetzalcoatl or a reconstructed T-rex and can remain in this form for up to 8 hours. ARC UNIT 99-07 can choose whether its equipment falls to the ground, melds with its new form, or is worn by the new form. The ARC UNIT 99-07 reverts to its true form if it dies or falls unconscious. The ARC UNIT 99-07 can revert to its true form using a bonus action on its turn.

While in a new form, ARC UNIT 99-07 retains its game statistics and ability to speak, but its AC, movement modes, Strength, and Dexterity are replaced by those of the new form, and it gains any special senses, proficiencies, traits, actions, and reactions (except class features, legendary actions, and lair actions) that the new form has but that it lacks. It can cast its spells with verbal or somatic components in its new form. The new form also awakens an instinct within ARC UNIT 99-07 that makes him feel an emotion not normally innate in other warforged, hunger.

The new form’s attacks count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances and immunity to nonmagical attacks.

Consume. ARC UNIT 99-07 Attempts to superheat its stomach and melt any excess material or creatures currently swallowed. ARC UNIT 99-07 may consume up to 3 clumps of metal within it's stomach and/or part of a creature within it's stomach. For each clump of metal consumed ARC UNIT 99-07 restores 2d8 hit points. If a creature is chosen to be consumed then the creature takes 21(6d6) fire damage and ARC UNIT 99-07 restores half of the damage dealt. In addition the next plasma breath attack used within 1 minute deals an additional 99 (2d8) fire damage so long as a clump of metal or a creature was partially consumed. (This damage stacks and must be released or ARC UNIT 99-07 takes 2d8 force damage per time this ability was used and not released after 1 minute.)

ARC UNIT 99-07 can also use this ability while under the effects of Reconstruct Form.
