Traits

Keen Hearing &Smell. The bear has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the bear fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Call of the hunt (2/Day). The bear calls on the forest to aid it in battle, as an action summon 1d4 woodland creatures with a CR of 1 or below.

Actions

Multiattack. The bear makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d12 + 5) piercing damage.
If the target is a creature, it is grappled (escape DC 19). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the megalodon can't bite another target.

Swallow. The bear makes one bite attack against a Large or smaller creature it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target takes the bite's damage, the target is swallowed, and the grapple ends. While swallowed, the creature is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the  bear, and it takes 18 (4d6) acid damage at the start of each of the  bear's turns.
If the bear takes 30 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the bear must succeed on a DC 21 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate all swallowed creatures, which fall prone in a space within 10 feet of the bear, If the bear dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse by using 30 feet of movement, exiting prone.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (3d8 + 6) slashing damage

Ram. If the bear moves at least 30 feet as part of its movement, it can then use this action to move into a 15-foot cube, centered on the tip of the  bear's snout, that contains one or more other creatures.
Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 19 Strength or Dexterity saving throw (target's choice) or take 30 (6d6 + 9) bludgeoning damage, and be stunned for 1 minute.
On a successful save, the creature takes only half the damage, isn't stunned, and is pushed out of the bear's space into an unoccupied space of the creature's choice. If no unoccupied space is within range, the creature instead falls prone in the bear's space.

Horrifying Visage. Each creature of the bear's choice that is within 30 feet of the bear and aware of it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute.
A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the bear's Horrifying Visage for the next 24 hours.

Legendary Actions

The bear can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The bear regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Bump: The bear moves 30 feet and makes one ram attack at the end of the movement.

Shredding grasp: The bear makes one claw attack.

Maul: (Costs 2 Actions) The bear makes one bite attack or uses its Swallow.

Cry of the Cursed. A bear is noted for its ability to mimic the cries of its victims.
The bear seems to instinctively realize the nature of these terrified pleas, as it will mimic them to lure new humanoids to their demise.
While an effective tactic, the weeping cry may not be simply a ploy, but the bear calling out in pain.
What that might ultimately be, has yet to be seen.
This can be used to do one of the following.
> Luring cry: The target must make a DC 16 wisdom saving throw or be compelled to travel towards the sound
> Maunfull plead: Any creature in a 20ft radius around the bear must make a CHA DC 14 save or take 2d8 psychic damage and be overcome with grief (stunned) until the end of its next turn.
