Sense of DeathThe Abyssal Ghoul knows how close to death any creature within 90ft of it. It will then target that creature till it dies or the creature is killed. 

Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 9 (4d6 + 3) piercing damage.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) slashing damage. If the target is a creature other than an elf or undead, it must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Tounge. The Abyss Ghoul choses a creature within 10ft. That creature must succseed a DC 15 Dexterity Saving Throw or be grappled by the Abyssal Ghouls tounge. While grapped the Abyss Ghoul can still attack. But not with its tounge.

Description

Greater than Ghasts and Ghouls, Abyssal ghouls are the great champions of armies of Orcus. Leading armies of undead into battle. They feast upon all flesh they can consume. Abyssal Ghouls stand 8 feet tall and reek of death and desolation.
