Description

Scarboril are inherently cruel and egotistical things. However, while this behavior is considered natural, it is still a facet of their society enforced and cultivated to ensure every Scarboril is as savage, proud and cruel-minded as possible. This is the duty of the Hatemeisters; these foul sorcerers guide their lessers, hurling magic to weaken their foes and empower their followers.

Scarboril born with magic do not become Hatemeisters; instead they are ritually butchered, flesh and blood devoured by high ranking Scarboril to spread their power among as many prospective Hatemeisters as possible.

This has driven some Scarboril with sorcerous blood to hide their powers to avoid this grisly fate.
