Description

Banana snakes are happy-go-lucky snake-like plant creatures with few cares or worries. They are captivated by music, though they can’t distinguish a well-played performance from a bad one. If anyone plays an instrument or sings in the snakes’ vicinity, the little creatures will happily dance in place, enjoying the sound.

They enjoy eating a variety of foods from simple treats such as berries and nuts to small chunks of meat or bits of sandwiches. These little creatures enjoy treats so much that they will follow other creatures around in hopes of getting special treatment from more intelligent or dexterous creatures. They are however capable of surviving solely on photosynthesis however they are highly social creatures and actively seek out friends before sustenance.

These snakes make great pets, seeking little action and requiring little effort to maintain. Banana snakes love being pampered and will become sad or even jealous if ignored or overlooked. If provoked or upset they will retreat into their peel-like skin for long periods of time, even laying motionless until they begin to decompose unless coaxed back out.

The life expectancy of banana snakes are seemingly limitless as long as they are properly maintained. Not much is known about their life cycle but there have been a handful of reports of these creatures digging into the ground, supposedly planting themselves before a tree or tall shrug grows, bearing more banana snakes. More often they will reproduce via mitosis similar to starfish and worms. When damage or split into big enough parts the pieces will grow back their forms as smaller snakes.
