Symbiotic Nature. The Bee Holder cannot be targeted directly, a creature which wants to target the Bee Holder must choose between targeting the bees or the humanoid, but not both. Additionally, if the Bee Holder is killed, the bees along its left arm jump off and turn into a Swarm of Insects.
Queen Bee. Each time the Bee Holder takes 10 or more damage, they must make a Wisdom (Animal Handling), with a DC equal to the damage taken, or temporarily lose control of the bees. In this state, the bees attack randomly and without direction or reason. This lasts until the Bee Holder makes another Wisdom (Animal Handling) check on their turn to recover the bees.
Multiattack. The Bee Holder can make 2 attacks with his scimitar, or use their Unleash Swarm.
Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage.
Unleash Swarm. Ranged Natural Attack: DC 13 Constitution Save, 20 ft. cone. Fail: 10 (3d6) poison damage.
Description
The Bee Holder is a symbiotic joining between a humanoid and a swarm of bees. The bees typically group onto the humanoid's non-dominant hand, creating the image of a shifting, glistening appendage of black, tar-ridden mess.
