Blood Frenzy. Sobek has advantage on attack rolls against a creature that doesn’t have all its hit points.

Hold Breath. Sobek can hold his breath for 30 minutes.

Innate Spellcasting. Sobek can cast the following spells innately, requiring no components (spell save DC 16, +7 to hit with prepared spell attacks).

At will: divine favor, shield of faith, inflict wounds

3/day: darkness, thunderwave, spiritual weapon

1/day: pulse wave, wall of water, tidal wave

Actions

Multiattack. Sobek makes two melee attacks, and uses Frightful presence.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit:  22 (3d10 +6) piercing damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 18), and Sobek can't bite another target.

Flail. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8+ 6) bludgeoning damage, plus 5 (2d4) piercing damage.

Frightful Presence. Each creature of Sobek's choice that is within 30 feet of him and aware of him must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened or 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Sobek's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

 

Legendary Actions

Sobek can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Sobek regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Chomp. Sobek makes one Bite attack.

Move. Sobek moves up to his speed without provoking opportunity attacks.

Pounding Roar (Costs 2 Actions). Sobek roars out, forcing all creatures in a 30 foot cone to make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be stunned for 1 minute. The stunned target can repeat the save on each of it's turns.
