Acid Spray (Recharge 6). The ankheg spits acid in a line that is 30 feet long and 5 feet wide, provided that it has no creature grappled. Each creature in that line must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 10 (4d6) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Crystalline Axe. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (3d8 + 3) slashing damage plus 3 (2d6) poison damage. On a hit, the target must make a Constitution Saving Throw DC 15. On a failure, it is stunned.
Description
The Ankh Guardian is a somewhat bizarre creature. Its lower body is an amalgam of a giant cricket with powerful saltatorial hind legs and a chitinous body structure mismatched with almost lion- or lizard-like fore legs ending in claws. From where the quadrupedal body would otherwise extend into a neck or head, instead a humanoid torso similar in increased proportion to the lower body rises up. This portion of the body resembles a human physique almost perfectly, including a single pair of mammalian arms. The head of the creature returns to the insectoid theme, an elongated triangular cranium tapering to a blunted point at the back while the forward and facial structure is a severe almost exaggerated jaw arrangement featuring a large pair of sweeping blade-like mandibles.
