The Menace of a Stool. Any creature who can see this stool, in a 100 ft. radius must make a DC 25 Wisdom Saving Throw or be Frightened whenever in the presence of the stool. Every time you leave and re-enter the radius of the stool, make the same saving throw or once again be frightened.

Actions

How does this make sense?. The stool has no actions. it only continues to stare at it's victims as if it's plotting something horrible.

Reactions

How the hell????. Anytime any one tries to attack the stool, the stool somehow avoids the attack; this can include the attack going through it, the stool teleports 5 feet away from the attack (if magic is used, and it has a radius of any sorts, the stool teleports 5 feet away from the edge of the radius), or uses it's knife to deflect the attack.

Description

This stool is something to be feared. It is made of the smoothest -marble like- wood, with a nice round head, and being 3 feet tall. It has 4 legs, with wooden bars attaching each leg to each other with, each bar being about 1 foot up. at 1 one side of the stool, there is a knife that is duct-taped (it HAS to be duct-tape for reasons unknown) to that side of the stool. The knife is always blood stained, and is constantly dripping fresh blood that never seems to leave any of the blood on the ground.

This stool kidnaps and kills victims at random, and there is no evidence of where they go or what exactly happened to them. The stool seems to randomly disappear when no one is looking at it, and can appear anywhere in the universe and all of the realms. The only way to prevent it from moving and hurting people is to have surveillance on it at ALL times, if their is more than 1 second that it is not being watched, it will teleport.

This stool cannot be destroyed. The only thing that ever destroyed it is the wish spell, but the stool always comes back to this world; if destroyed by someone, it will kill the person/people who destroyed it no matter what.

As you could probably tell, this a joke you can use in your campaign for a murder mystery or something. This is not at all supposed to be a serious monster so please don't hate on it as if it's supposed be.

Lair and Lair Actions

It is even more menacing when it is in a place where it looks natural and where stools are already at, like a tavern, or shop, or even a dining table. When this happens, a creature must succeed a DC 30 Wisdom Saving Throw.
