Traits

Preternatural Speed. The Blood Moon Werewolf can use its speed and agility to double its movement speed. Once this has been done it cannot use Preternatural Speed until it has moved 0 on one of its turns.

Keen Hearing and Smell. The Blood Moon Werewolf has advantage on perception checks that rely on hearing and smell.

Frenzied Regeneration. Whilst under moonlight the Blood Moon Werewolf regenerates 2d4+4 Hit Points at the start of its Turn if it is below 50% of its max HP.

Reckless Bloodlust. When attacking the creature within 50ft with the lowest percentage HP the Blood Moon Werewolf has advantage on Strength based melee attacks, whilst attacks have advantage against it.

Actions

Multiattack. The Blood Moon Werewolf makes two attacks, one attack with its Claws and one attack with its Bite. If it is successful on its first Claw attack may immediately perform another claw attack. If this second also hits target is considered grappled. Whilst a creature is grappled from this effect the Blood Moon Werewolf cannot benefit from this effect again.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) [slashing] damage.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 18 (2d12 + 5) [piercing] damage.

Bonus Actions

Blood Moon Howl. All other cretures within 60ft must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 18) or suffer disadvantage on their next attack and alert the Blood Moon Werewolf to their current HP's and make any concentration checks if maintaining spells. The Blood Moon Werewolf must then attack the creature with the lowest percentage HP within 50ft.

Description

The Blood Moon Werewolf brings terror to the world. Whilst under this moon the  Werewolf assumes this form and no others. Its howl can be heard from miles around. And if you hear its cry it means only one thing, no matter what you are, you are now prey.
