KILL THEM ALL. Invokes all runts within a 50ft range to attack again.

Shieldbash. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (2d4 + 2) Bludgeon damage. 

Flail. Melee weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 5 ft., cone of 45' in front of it. Hit: 8 (2d6 + 4) bludgeon damage.

Bonus Actions

Headbutt. Once per turn the Ork Guardian can either Headbutt or Battlecry, This deals an extra 6 (2d4+2) damage to a creature it hit this turn.

Battlecry. Once per turn the Ork Guardian can either Headbutt or Battlecry, If this makes a Hit Roll of 10 (1d20+4) this inflicts the Frightened status on any creature within 30 ft and inflicts the Stunned status on any creature within 5 ft.

Description

Medium sized humanoid creatures Ork Guardians are a few growths away from a runt and thusly are put in charge of the Runts of the Warband, generally making up a large portion of the Warband. Guardians make the weapon they use themselves from the battles that they have won and then use that weapon to remind and scare the Runts into obeying them.
