Description
Favoring swamps, forests, and the underdark, the adorable ooze survives on spores and small plants which give them their coloration. Typically in shades of green from pale, to dark, to bioluminescent, the diet of the Adorable Ooze can produce some vivid results. The adorable jelly seems content to keep an oblong jellybean-like shape while in its resting state, but like all oozes do not have form and contort at will.
The Adorable Ooze does not have sense of its surroundings except for those of its kind and food sources. To protect itself without sight, the ooze responds to any touch with an involuntary attack to dissuade would be attackers.
Known to gurgle and coo, the adorable ooze has drawn the attention of many travelers mistaking the sounds for that of a lost humanoid child, a mistake that has cost the lives of those not weary of the creature. Whether the sounds are the creatures speech or a byproduct of the creatures digestive process remain unknown.
