Simual Raegel

Charming Presence. Creatures entering within 20 feet of the Raegel must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the creature is charmed by the Raegel and spends its turn moving towards the Raegel and laughing at its jokes. Charmed creatures are immune to the Raegel's attacks and ignore the presence of any other creature/danger. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn. Creatures which succeed on the save are immune to the effect for 1 hour. 

Magnetic Multitude. The Raegel innately casts Mirror Image as an action (unlimited).

Multiattack. The Simual Raegel makes one Punny Joke attack and, if it can, uses its Silly Song.

Punny Joke. Melee Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 15 (4d6+1) psychic damage. The Raegel whispers a terrible pun-based joke in the ear of a creature within 5ft of it. If the target has Intelligence 10 or higher, it must succeed on a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.

Silly Song (Recharge 5–6). The Raegel sings a ridiculous but situation appropriate song in a 60ft radius. Each creature within the cone must succeed on a DC 12 Charisma saving throw or be forced to dance and sing along until the end of the Raegel's next turn. Affected creatures' movement becomes 0 and it is unable to speak or cast spells with a Verbal (V) component.

Flee in Terror. When damaged by a melee attack the Raegel can use its reaction to move up half its normal movement.
