Description
You learn intricate methods for magically creating an autonomous sevitor that obeys you. The item you infuse serves as the creature's heart, around which the creature's body is experty constructed.
You determine the servitor's appearance, selecting whether to diguise its mechanical nature. It is common for Ko'An artificers to select the likeness of a farrowsparrow, as they commonly keep the little birds as pets. Oftentimes however, other forms might be selected to allow utilisation of these constructs as spies and informants by their creators.
The servitor is friendly to you and your companions, and it obeys your commands.
The servitor is largely autonomous, as is reflected in its name, and only has to return to you for maintenance and mending. As a result, its effectve range spans hundreds of miles.
If out of your visual range, it can use a daily action to commune a message of up to 50 words with you, to which you can similarly respond. You can choose to initiate this action yourself if you are in possesion of an arcane control projector.
The autonomous servitor has no need for food, drink or air and has a swimming speed of 15 ft as well as 20 ft walking and 45 ft flying speeds.
In combat, the servitor shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It can move and use its reaction on its own, but the only action it takes on its turn is the Dodge action, unless you take a bonus action on your turn to command it to take the action in its stat block or the Dash, Disengage, Help, Hide, or Search action.
The autonomous servitor regains 2d6 hit points if the mending spell is cast on it. If it dies, it may fall apart, leaving its heart exposed and easy to access.
