Potent Evocation. When Wand casts an evocation Cantrips and misses, or the target succeeds on its saving throw, the target still takes half the cantrip's damage but suffers no other effect. Additionally, Wand deals an additional 5 damage to all evocation spells.
Sculpt Spells. When Wand casts an evocation spell that affects other creatures that she can see, she can choose a number of them equal to 1+the spell's level to succeed on their saving throws against the spell. Those creatures take no damage if they would normally take half damage from the spell.
Warcaster. Wand has advantage on saving throws made to keep concentration.
War Wand. When Wand casts a cantrip, the range is 4 times its normal range (included in the attack), however when she casts it beyond twice its normal range, she has disadvantage on the attack and the target has advantage on any saving throw. Additionally, she ignores cover for spell attacks and has a +1 bonus to spell attacks (included).
Spellcasting. Wand is a 11th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 17, +10 to hit with spell attacks). Wand has the following wizard spells prepared:

Warforged Resilience. Wand has advantage on saving throws against being poisoned and is immune to disease. Magic can't put her to sleep.
Force blast. Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, range 360/720ft, one target. Hit: 18 (3d8+5) force damage. This attack is a cantrip for the purposes of Potent Evocation.
Wand of Magic Missiles (Recharge 6). Wand casts magic missile at third level. Alternatively, Wand can cast it at 9th level, and can't use this action again until she finishes a long rest. Each missile does an additional 5 damage.
Warcaster. When Wand makes an opportunity attack, she can cast a spell that only targets that creature instead of making a melee attack.
Description
Mages spend their lives in the study and practice of magic. Good-aligned mages offer counsel to nobles and others in power, while evil mages dwell in isolated sites to perform unspeakable experiments without interference.
