Shapechange As an action, the water spirit can change it's shape.

Ranged Attack. Shard Throw Attack: +4 to hit, range 30/70 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (2d10 + 3) cold damage.

A bonus action can only be taken every 2 turns.

Blood Bound One creature within 70 feet makes a constitution saving throw. If failed, the creature becomes restrained for a turn. If succeeded, the creature will need to make an attack on the Water Spirit next turn.
