Toxic Cloud. Abyss Deathcap sprays a cloud of noxious fumes in a 5x5x5 ft sphere. Any creature starting or ending its turn in the cloud must make a Constitution saving throw. On a fail, the creature takes 4d6 poison damage and is Posoned. On a success, they take half as much damage and aren't poisoned. The cloud lingers for 1d4 turns, or until it is dispelled by a small wind.
Poisonous Touch. Melee attack: +3 to hit, reach 1 ft., 1 target. Hit: 2d6 Poison damage.
Toxic Spray. Ranged Attack: +3 to hit, range 15/30 ft., 2 target. Hit: 2d4 Poison damage.

A highly toxic mushroom that thrives in dark, dank areas, where it multiplies through spores that release when the mushroom is popped. The fungus has developed a wide array of toxic defenses to deter predators. It is able to launch poisonous fluid from its cap, and spray toxic clouds at potential enemies.
