At Will:

teleportation circle

Invisibility

Silent

Multiattack.
The dragon can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 8) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) necrotic damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d6 + 8) slashing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 8) bludgeoning damage.

Frightful Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Fog Breath (Recharge 1–4). The dragon exhales fog in a 50-foot cone. Every creature (except the Fog Dragon) inside the fog cloud has disadvantage on all saving throws and on attack rolls (the fog lastes until the battle ends or it's removed via wind)

Mystical  Breath (Recharge 4-6). The dragon exhales some sort of magical fog  in a 40-foot cone. Every creature (except the Fog Dragon) inside the fog cloud has disadvantage on all saving throws and on attack rolls (the fog lastes for 1d8 turns) . every turn that a creature (except the Fog Dragon) stays inside the Mystical  Breath fog it takes 5d4 force damage

Legendary Actions

The dragon can take 4 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Detect. The dragon makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.

Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.

Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The dragon beats its wings. Each creature within 10 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw or take 15 (2d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The dragon can then fly up to half its flying speed.

Trasforming Fog. The fog in the arena produced from the dragon Fog Breath transforms for 1 round into Mystical Breath fog. At the end of the round alla the fog disappears

Description

The odor of moss and smoke surrounds a fog dragon, whose swept-back horns, spinal frill, grey skin and enormous wings (used for intimidation and fast flight) define its silhouette. When it is angry its eyes emit a red light and a greysh fog pours from it's scales covering the dragon completely.

Lair and Lair Actions

A Fog Dragon’s Lair

Fog dragons lair are located in the heart of the Big forest  . Many times the forest is haunted or there is a great amount of animated plants. They create their lair inside caves but they spend most of their time wandering the woods in search of treasures to add to their hoard

Fog Dragons don't have any servants or cult(expect special cases) they are very private dragons and they prefer to stay away from everyone , in fact if someone enters a Fog Dragon territory they will try to scare them away or knock them out (without killing them) but if the intruder shows himself as a real treat to the dragon than it will not esitate to kill them, however some Fog Dragons have showed to be friendly towards intruders (at pact they aren't dragon hunters) and helped them getting out of the forest if they were lost.

Lair Actions

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the dragon takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the dragon can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • Fog that already is in the lair gets thicker and creature that aren't the dragon have double disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws
  • If there is some Mystical Fog in the lair than the damage from such fog is doubled for 1 turn.

Regional Effects

The region containing a legendary fog dragon’s lair is warped by the dragon’s magic, which creates one or more of the following effects:

  • Fog is incredibly common within 1 mile of the lair.
  • Water sources within 1 mile of the lair are supernaturally cold and it seems fog inside the liquid.
  • The number of animals within 1 mile of the lair is very low and there are ONLY nocturnal animals.
  • Night fall quicker within 1 mile of the lair with only 3 hours of daylight

If the dragon dies, these effects fade over the course of 1d10 days.
