Shapechanger. The Ancient Werewolf can use its action to polymorph into a wolf-humanoid hybrid or into a wolf, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
Keen Hearing and Smell. The Ancient Werewolf has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Legendary Resistances. the Ancient Werewolf has 3 Legendary Resistances per day
Multiattack. (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). The Ancient Werewolf makes three attacks: three with its spear (humanoid form) or one with its bite and two with its claws (hybrid form).
Bite (Wolf or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (2d8 + 6) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with werewolf lycanthropy.
Claws. (Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (4d4 + 6) slashing damage.
Spear (Humanoid Form Only). Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (2d6 + 6) piercing damage, or 6 (2d8 + 6) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack.
The Ancient Werewolf has 3 legendary actions that can be used at the end of an opponents turn. these actions reset every round on the Ancient Werewolf turn.
Bite Attack. The Ancient Werewolf can use a Legendary action move half its speed and take the Bite attack.
Claw Attack. The Ancient Werewolf can use a Legendary action take two claw attacks.
Howl. The Ancient Werewolf can use two Legendary actions to howl into the air giving all ally's in 120 ft radius advantage on there next attack
Savage Attack. The Ancient Werewolf can use three Legendary actions to make a full round of attacks.
