Dragon Morph. The Adult Shifter Dragon can switch between multiple forms at will, but the form will wear off after 1 hour if not concentrated on.
Legendary Resistance (3/day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Claw Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (3d10 + 6) Slicing damage.
Fearful Roar. The Dragon roars, causing any living creature must succeed a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 6 seconds and deafens anyone in a 5 ft radius.
Enrage. Add 1 damage dice of the type that the dragon would use for any non-magic attack.
Forceful Grab. Chose 1 target, they become Grappled and dealt [roll]3d8+2[/roll] damage.

Deception Morph (Costs 2 Actions). The dragon morphs into a half-elf disguise, and anyone with visibility of the dragon must succeed a DC 20 Wisdom, or be considered Disengaged with the battle.
