Traits

Keen Smell. The troll has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

Regeneration. The troll regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn. If the troll takes acid or fire damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the troll's next turn. The troll dies only if it starts its turn with 0 hit points and doesn't regenerate.

Volvagia's Favor: Upon receiving the Volvagia's favor Gruog can understand complex ideas and grasp things easier. (when blood brothers effects take place)

Blood Brothers: As long as both brothers are alive and at least 30ft away from each other with line of sight, they can reroll a failed save once per turn. When Gruog dies Volvagia's favor will transfer to him increasing his stats and gains access to the 9th level spell wish and brings his brother back.

Actions

Multiattack. The troll makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.

Reactions

Brotherly bond: Whenever one of the brothers is attacked for over 18 damage they can use their reaction to move and make an claw attack against the attacker, or switch places with Gruog Without provoking Opportunity attacks.

Description
