Craenulan Reserves. Zraythas' arcana spawns from a far more powerful world than his current one. He can cast 2 levelled spells per turn, so long as one is of 4th level or lower. He must still conform to the limits of the Action-Bonus Action System.
Permanent Disguise. Zraythas has the innate ability to alter his visage as if casting the Disguise Self Spell. He can change or drop his form as a Bonus Action, and requires no concentration to maintain the effect. The effects last until he dispels it, reaches 0hp or enters an Antimagic field.
Draconic Resilience. Whilst not wearing armour or holding a shield, Zraythas has an AC equal to 10 + His Charisma Modifier + His Dexterity Modifier.
Bastardised Lichdom. Zraythas has advantage on all saving throws against magical effects, such as spells or auras from magic items.
Rejuvenation. If he has a phylactery, Zraythas gains a new body in 1d10 days after dying, regaining all his hit points and becoming active again. The new body appears within 5 feet of his phylactery.
Verdict. When holding his staff Verdict, Zraythas gains a +3 to his Spell Save DC and Spell Attack Modifier. In addition, he can use his Amplify Spell Feature without expending a use of it.
Avenger's Path. Whilst wearing these gauntlets, Zraythas can cast Counterspell at will at it's lowest level, and has advantage on Spell Ability Checks made to counter spells of higher level.
Amplify Spell {3 per Day}: When casting a spell that deals damage or requires a Saving Throw, Zraythas may amplify it, making every dice automatically a maximum roll for damage, or making targets automatically fail their Saving Throws. He also gain's access to the Arcane Blast attack.
Legendary Resistance (3 per Day). If Zraythas fails a Saving Throw, he can choose to automatically succeed instead.
Spellcasting. Zraythas is a 34th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 26, +18 to hit with spell attacks). Zraythas can cast any spell on the Sorcerer or Wizard Spell lists, and has the following additional spells prepared:

7th level (3 slots): Tether Essence
8th level (3 slots): Dark Star, Reality Break

10th level (2 slots): Adrian's Fettered Isle, Demiplanar Relativity, Eclipse, Move Mountain, Spelljam Vessel
11th level (2 slots): Spelljam Isle, Unbound Land, Whispered Transformation
12th level (2 slots): Shadaar's Perfect Ascension
13th level (1 slot): Divine Request, Otherworldly Leap
Sorcerous Archmagi. Zraythas has 34 Sorcery Points, and access to all Metamagic options, and can use them as he sees fit.
Multiattack. Zraythas casts a spell, and uses his Breath Weapon. Zraythas may instead cast swap his Breath Weapon or spell to instead make a melee attack with Verdict, cast a second spell, make an Arcane Blast attack or use his Awaken Arcana action.
Verdict. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 5 (1d8) bludgeoning damage, and 18 (3d8) force damage.
Arcane Blast {Recharge 5-6}. Ranged Spell Attack: +18 to hit, range 30 ft., 1 target. Hit: 55 (10d10) force damage
Breath Weapon {Recharge 5-6}. Zraythas uses one of the following breath weapons.
Lightning Breath. Zraythas exhales lightning in a 30-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 39 (10d6) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Poison Breath. The dragon exhales poisonous gas in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 21 Constitution saving throw, taking 39 (10d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Awaken Arcana {Recharge 5-6}. Zraythas selects up to 6 creatures (including himself) within 60ft, each creature gains 17 hit points, and each of their spells cast function as if they were cast with a spell slot 1 slot higher than the one used to cast the spell. these benefits last until the start of Zraythas' next turn.
Absorb Arcana. When Zraythas sees an ally take within 60ft of him take damage from a magical source, he can use a reaction to instead pull the damage to himself.
Silvertouched. Once per day, Zraythas can use a reaction to call on the blessing of Bahamut, turning one roll an allied creature makes into a Natural 20, Zraythas must be able to see the creature to use this ability.
Zraythas can take 5 Legendary Actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. Spent legendary Actions are regained at the start of each turn.
Drakewarden's Rebuke. Zraythas makes an attack with Verdict.
Incite Fear. Each creature of Zraythas' choice that is within 160 feet of him and aware of him must succeed on a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or become Frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, Ending the Effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the Effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Zraythas' Incite Fear for the next 24 hours.
Retributory Breath (costs 2 actions). Zraythas uses his Breath Weapon, even if it has not recharged.
Cast a Spell (Costs 2 Actions). Zraythas casts a spell.
