Multiattack. The dragon can make three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 8) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) fire damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d6 + 8) slashing damage plus 3 (1d6) fire damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 8) bludgeoning damage plus 3 (1d6) fire damage.
Rock Throw. The dragon grabs a rock with its tail and hurls it at a target, the target must make a DC 17 Dex saving throw taking 33 (5d12) bludgeoning damage on a failed save.
The dragon can take three legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains all spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.
Pebble Storm (Costs 2 Actions). The dragon takes control of the small rocks within 60 feet of the dragon, causing them to levitate into the air 75 feet up above an area with the radius of 15 feet and then fall, any creature in the area makes a DC 16 Dex save or takes 40(6d12) bludgeoning damage.
Avalanche (Costs 3 Actions). The dragon causes any mountains or steep grades nearby to begin to weaken and crumble as an avalanche begins making the terrain within 40 feet of the mountain difficult terrain, any creatures within 40 feet of the mountain must make a DC 16 Dex save taking 33 (5d12) bludgeoning damage on a failed save.
