Actions

Multiattack. Murdaw attacks twice with his Claws

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (3d10 + 5) piercing damage.

Chill Breath (Recharge 5–6). Murdaw exhales an icy blast in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 36 (8d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Dazzleflash (Recharge 5–6). Murdaw emits a blinding light from his body, creatures that can see Murdaw must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or become blinded until the start of Murdaw's next turn. 

Lightning (Recharge 6). Murdaw summons four bolts of lighting to strike four different points he can see within 120 feet of him. Each creature within 5 feet of a point must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 44 (8d10) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature in the area of more than one lighting strike is affected only once.

Lullab-Eye (Recharge 4-6). Murdaw gazes at one creature he can see within 30 feet of him. The target succumbs to a magical slumber, falling unconscious for 1 minute, until it takes damage, or until someone uses an action to shake the target awake.

Legendary Actions

Murdaw can take 1 legendary action, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Murdaw regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Attack. Murdaw uses one of his actions other then Multiattack, as long as they are recharged.
