Cloth of Darkness. Zoma is covered by a barrier of cold and darkness. While the barrier is up Zoma has Immunity to acid, fire, force, lightning, psychic, and thunder damage, and Resistance to bludgeoning, slashing, and piercing damage. Zoma's Regeneration also becomes 40 instead of 20. If Zoma is exposed to sunlight the Cloth of Darkness fades for 1 hour.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Zoma fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.
Regeneration. Zoma regains 20 hit points at the start of his turn if he has at least 1 hit point.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (3d12 + 7) slashing damage plus 19 (3d12) cold damage.
C-C-Cold Breath (Recharge 6). Zoma exhales a frightfully cold blizzard in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 23 Constitution saving throw, taking 98 (18d10) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Disruptive Wave (Recharge 6). Zoma causes the concentration of all creatures within 100 feet of him to be broken.
Kacrackle (Recharge 5-6). Zoma magically conjures a storm of ice centered on a point he can see within 120 feet of him. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a DC 23 Constitution saving throw, taking 70 (20d6) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Zoma can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Zoma regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Kacrackle. Zoma uses Kacrackle if it has recharged.
