Relentless. If Urkor is reduced to 0 hit points but not outright killed, he can be reduced to 1 hitpoint instead.

Mafia Tactics. Urkor has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if a goblin mafioso is within 5 feet of him and the goblin isn’t incapacitated. 

Rampage. When Urkor reduces a creature to 0 hit points with a melee attack on its turn, he can take a bonus action to move up to half his speed and make another melee attack.

Actions

Heavy Charge. Urkor barrels in a straight line (up to his maximum speed) toward the nearest enemy. The target takes 6d8 bludgeoning damage and is grappled. If the creature fails to escape Urkor's grasp, 

SlamMelee Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 18 (4d6) damage.

"Big Bobby". Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 50/150 ft., 4 target. Hit:  11 (2d10) piercing damage.

Description

Urkor Hyze is the crime boss of the Hyze family. Standing 7'2 and weighing in at 450 pounds, he is known by many to be the kingpin of the crime world. He is a master tactician and mostly works in the shadows, knowing that anyone who manages to find him will have their windpipe crushed.
