Reckless. At the start of its turn, the Urgalgra can gain advantage on all melee weapon attack rolls it makes during that turn, but attack rolls against it have advantage until the start of its next turn.

Charge Attack: Urgalgra charges its movement speed in a straight line. every person in that line. Every target must suceed in a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone and take Hit 11 (3d4+4) Blundgering damage. (it can only use once every third turn).
