Luminescent. The dragon casts bright light in a 30 foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet as long as it is alive.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Multiattack. The dragon can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Relaxation Aura. The dragon exudes an overwhelming aura of relaxation and calm. Any creature within 30 feet of the dragon who targets another creature with an attack or a harmful spell before the dragon's next turn must first make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the attack or spell is canceled, and the action is wasted.
Blinding Light. The dragon emits a powerful flash of light in all directions. Any creature that can see the dragon must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, that creature is blinded. The creature can repeat the saving throw on the beginning of each of their turns, ending the effect on a success.
Healing Touch (5/Day). The dragon targets a creature that they are in contact with, sending a pulse of healing magic into the target's body. If the target is not an undead or construct, it regains 27 (5d8 + 5) hit points.
The dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Detect. The dragon makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.
Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.
Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The dragon beats its wings. Each creature within 10 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw or take 12 (2d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The dragon can then fly up to half its flying speed.
