Multiattack. Zudar makes two longsword attacks. It can use its Dreadful stare in place of one longsword attack.
Dragon Slayer Longsword +1. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage, or 7 (1d10 + 3) slashing damage if used with two hands.
When you hit a dragon with this weapon, the dragon takes an extra 3d6 damage of the weapon's type. For the purpose of this weapon, "dragon" refers to any creature with the dragon type, including dragon turtles and wyverns.
Versatile. This weapon can be used with one or two hands. A damage value in parentheses appears with the property—the damage when the weapon is used with two hands to make a melee attack.
Dreadful Stare. Zudar targets one creature it can see within 60 ft of it. If the target can see Zadur, it must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw against this magic or become frightened until the end of the Zadur's next turn. If the target fails the saving throw by 5 or more, it is also paralyzed for the same duration. A target that succeeds on the saving throw is immune to the Dreadful Glare and gain the Aura of Dragoons.
Zudar can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Zudar regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Attack. Zudar makes one attack with his longsword or uses its Dreadful Glare.
Scream Orders (Costs 2 Actions). Zudar screams orders at his recruits. Each non-undead creature within 60 feet of Zudar that can hear the magical utterance must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed until the end of Zadar's next turn.
