Description
Akeli is as large as a dire wolf but has snow-white fur that glows like moonlight and eyes of blackest night that glow a calming blue when she is relaxed. When a newborn elven girl was born into the world during a time of great conflict veiled in moonlight, the goddess Maija understood this moment as a sign of peace between the elves of Thris and the wild beasts of the island. Maija took the veil of moonlight from the newborn child and shaped it into a celestial direwolf with the supernatural influence to calm the beasts of Thris so long as she remained there. Akeli communicates using growls and barks, but she understands Common, Elvish, and Celestial enough to follow a conversation.
