Exploitation of the Misfortunate. As a bonus action, Basha targets a creature cursed by it that it can see within 30 feet of it. The angel deals 11 (2d10) necrotic damage to the target, and Basha gains temporary hit points equal to the damage dealt.

Flyby. The angel doesn’t provoke an opportunity attack when it flies out of an enemy’s reach.

Innate Spellcasting. The angel’s innate spellcasting ability is Charisma(spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). The angel can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: bane, chill touch, command (as a 2nd-level spell), cure wounds, detect evil and good, detect magic, false life, guiding bolt, inflict wounds, lesser restoration, light, ray of sickness, scorching ray, shield of faith, thaumaturgy, toll the dead, word of radiance

3/day each: blindness/deafness charm person (as a 5th-level spell), darkness, hold person, mass cure wounds, ray of enfeeblement, suggestion

1/day: raise dead, spirit shroud, vampiric touch

Magic Resistance. The angel has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions

Multiattack. Basha makes two attacks with its scythe. It can substitute Chains of Misfortune for one of these attacks.

Scythe. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 3) slashing damage plus 7 (2d6) necrotic damage.

Chains of Misfortune. Basha targets one creature cursed by it that it can see within 90 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or become paralyzed for 1 minute or until it takes any damage.

Faults of Fortune. Basha targets one creature within 90 ft. that he can see and forces it to make a DC 15 Wisdom Saving Throw, becoming cursed on a failure and the creature must subtract 1d4 from all their attack rolls, saving throws, and skill checks for 24 hours. At the beginning of the charmed creature's turn they may repeat the saving throw as an action, ending the effects on a success.

Legendary Actions

Hand of Misfortune (3 Actions). Basha targets a creature under the effects of Chains of Misfortune and forces them to make a DC 15 Wisdom Saving Throw. On a failure, the creature has disadvantage on attack rolls, skill check, and saving throws until the end of Basha's next turn.
