Multiattack. The tyrannosaurus makes three attacks: one with its bite, one with its tail and one with its claws or stomp. It can't make both attacks against the same target.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 32 (4d8+7) piercing damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, takes 1 poison damage at that start of each of its turns until the grapple ends, and the tyraranax can't bite another target.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 37 (6d6+7) bludgeoning damage.
Stinger. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one creature. Hit: 30 (4d6+7) piercing damage and the target must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the end of the next next round. While poisoned in this way, the creature takes 4 (2d4) poison damage at the start of each of its turns.
Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (3d8+7) bludgeoning damage or piercing damage (tyrranax's choice).
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (3d8+7) slashing damage.
Description
Tyrranax are much like tyrannosaurus rexes, except that they trade incredibly powerful jaw strength for a lean and flexible body, large sickle-shaped claws, and a much longer tail. Alpha tyrranaxes are much larger than the standard tyrranax or even a larger-than-normal T-rex. They stand nearly 25 feet tall and have ferocious appetites that can sometimes come seemingly out of nowhere.
